Returns and Exchanges

The following return policy applies to general purchases made through www.nunalashes.com and payments made through Afterpay:

All sales are final. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted.

Please be sure to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for errors in shipping due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

If your package is sent back to us due to an inaccurate shipping address, we are more than happy to re-ship your package at a flat fee of $7.  The re-shipping process can only begin once we have possession of your package.  A customer service representative will e-mail you to guide you through the process.


If you were sent a wrong item then please read below:

Do not open and/or use the wrong item because you will have to send it back to us! You must e-mail customer service within three calendar days to request the exchange, any claims made after 3 calendar days will NOT be accepted.

All items must be returned in their original condition:
UNUSED, UNOPENED, NEW CONDITION and must include original packaging - upon inspection, if the returned item(s) does not meet this criteria, the exchange will be denied.

Kindly contact us first via email (e-mail can be found below) before sending out the parcel for faster and better customer service. You will be issued a return authorization number to include in your package.

In the event that the Post Office cannot complete Delivery due to customer neglect or incomplete shipping information, we will charge a restocking fee of 20% from your order. All shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Our team carefully inspects each product before they are shipped and carefully packs all products to prevent damage before they are sent from our facility. NUNA Lashes is not responsible for damaged products that occurred in transit to the customer.
